Spanning from their teenage meeting at the University of Southern California to their early 30’s in the Hollywood machine, The Rhetoric of Us explores the deep connection between these two screenwriters as they struggle with career jealousy, infidelity, grief, and their place in each others’ lives — or whether there should be a place at all.
